Learning Enrichment Teacher The Scots College is a distinctive Australian day and boarding boys’ school that promotes the lordship of Jesus Christ in all things. The Scots College is seeking an exceptional Learning Enrichment Teacher to support diverse learners in our Christian, Presbyterian GPS school. This role provides guidance to staff in developing and delivering high‑quality programs that meet the diverse learning needs of students, fostering inclusion, differentiation, and authentic engagement. Who are you? Qualified and passionate educator with experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in primary or preparatory school settings. Strong understanding of learning enrichment principles, including differentiation, cognitive development, and effective intervention practices. Committed to ensuring each student—regardless of ability—experiences success, growth, and a sense of belonging. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; collaborates with teachers, parents, and specialist teams. Proactive, flexible with a commitment to continuous professional learning. Holder or eligible for accreditation with NESA and a valid Working With Children Check (NSW). Qualifications for Special Education. Authentic Christian faith that shapes teaching, relationships, and service. How do you serve others? Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues based on respect, empathy and professionalism. Work alongside classroom teachers to develop and implement effective, differentiated teaching strategies. Design and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions that respond to each student’s unique learning profile. Communicate regularly with families, providing clarity, encouragement and partnership in supporting their son’s educational journey. Model reflective practice, continuous improvement and Christian servant leadership in all that you do. What do we offer?
