We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our multi-year Sustaining Digital Program (SDP). In this pivotal role, you will oversee a portfolio of interdependent projects aimed at enhancing digital services' accessibility, sustainability, and usability. Your expertise will not only ensure the successful delivery of enterprise data platforms and other critical technology upgrades but also foster strong stakeholder relationships to navigate the complexities of modern digital landscapes. Key Responsibilities: Program Delivery: Lead the comprehensive execution of the SDP, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Program Governance: Establish and manage governance frameworks, including reporting to senior leaders and the program board. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain solid relationships among business leaders, Digital Technology & Innovation teams, and external partners. Interdependency Management: Synchronize cross-program dependencies, ensuring collaborative timelines and resource allocation. Benefits Realization: Define and monitor program benefits, showcasing improvements in data-driven decision-making and operational efficiencies. Technical Delivery Oversight: Oversee enterprise data platform and site upgrades while adhering to architectural and security standards. Team Leadership: Coach and coordinate both internal teams and external project managers to drive success. Financial Management: Manage the program’s budget, procurement processes, and contract activities. Change and Adoption: Spearhead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of sustainability and user adoption. Compliance and Security: Ensure all project deliveries meet relevant regulations, security standards, and organizational policies. Required Skills: Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programs with multiple interdependent projects. Strong technical understanding of enterprise data platforms, system integration patterns, and infrastructure architecture. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder environments and external vendors. Comprehensive experience in governance and risk management practices. Natural ability to lead, motivate, and unite cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Excellent communication skills, capable of enriching technical concepts for a broad audience. Nice to Have Skills: Program or project management certification (PgMP, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2). Experience in utility sectors or similarly regulated industries. Knowledge of cyber security, control systems, and operational technology considerations. Preferred Education and Experience: Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7+ years in IT program management or 10+ years in progressively responsible IT delivery roles. Proven track record in enterprise data initiatives and infrastructure renewal projects.
