WHO WE ARE At Comma Football, we don’t just make jerseys - we capture the greatest moments in football (soccer) and turn them into timeless, wearable history. Every piece we release is built around storytelling, emotion, and obsessive detail. Our customers care about the little things. So do we. In just over two years, we’ve built a global community of 400K+ followers - and our social media presence is the backbone of that growth. We’re now looking for someone to take the reins of our social media and elevate it to the next level ahead of the 2026 World Cup. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a hands‑on, scrappy Content Creator / Social Media Manager who understands culture, lives on the internet, and knows how to generate organic engagement. If given a new product collection, you should naturally think about: what gets posted where it gets posted when it gets posted and how all the pieces work together Then execute it with speed, taste, and attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES Organic Launch & Content Strategy Generate organic demand for every drop through short‑form content Plan full launch content rollouts (pre, launch, post) Balance renders, high‑production campaigns, low‑production content and UGC without being told how Creation & Execution Shoot low‑production (iPhone) content: on‑body, flatlays, BTS, product shots, etc Write scripts and select music Brief render artists and editors Oversee editing and final output Direct eCommerce shoots: styling, framing, story, aesthetic Creative Direction Concept and oversee short films and campaign pieces with our production house Maintain brand taste and consistency across everything we ship Growth Support Create similar content for paid ads in the same visual style WHO YOU ARE Genuinely obsessed with football (soccer) Highly creative with a strong eye for design and visuals Deep understanding of culture and what works on the internet Chronically online, in the best possible way Strong instinct for generating organic demand for products High initiative with little need for hand holding Very organised and able to plan content well ahead of time WHY COMMA You’ll move fast, see your work published instantly, and have your fingerprint all over one of the fastest‑growing football brands in the world. You’ll work with a small, elite team where your ideas actually matter. There are constant opportunities to grow into other areas of marketing - including email, paid ads, and influencer work - if that’s where your interests lead.
