Medical Representative – 8 months maximum term contract We’re L’Oréal, a global beauty leader, currently looking for a Medical Representative to join our NSW Medical Field team covering Sydney West and the Liverpool area, with occasional regional/rural travel. Day in the Life You will report to the Medical Field Manager and connect dermatologists and GPs to our dermatological brands, driving territory performance. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with dermatologists and GPs, present dermatological formulations and secure clinical recommendations. Develop and implement a territory business plan that blends face‑to‑face and digital engagements to deliver a personalized omni‑channel customer experience. Collaborate closely with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams—share intel with your territory brand buddy and log daily activity in Veeva CRM. Represent the brand at conferences, host or attend medical events and act as a trusted brand ambassador. Qualifications & Skills Stakeholder & relationship management. Commercial & customer‑centric selling. Clinical/therapeutic knowledge (dermatology advantageous). Omnichannel engagement & digital communication. CRM & data‑driven reporting (Veeva experience beneficial). Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or a field of science preferred but not essential.
