Customer Care Coordinator

Overview Customer Care Coordinator – 6 month maximum term contract role at L’Oréal. Based in Melbourne (Corporate division), you’ll report to the Consumer Care Manager and work across multiple brands and corporate touchpoints to deliver best‑in‑class consumer experiences. This is a maximum term contract through May 2026. Responsibilities Professionally investigate and resolve customer enquiries received via phone, email and Salesforce in a timely manner. Process claims and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within the business to ensure smooth order fulfillment and claims resolution. Manage customer accounts by updating customer information records and substitutions. Perform other tasks as required by the Customer Care Supervisor. We Are Looking For Customer‑centric and reliable, able to manage a high volume of interactions while keeping quality high. Experience in customer service roles with inbound and outbound phone calls. Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude. Proactive with a professional customer first mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using MS Excel is essential; Salesforce and SAP experience is desirable.
