Operations Allrounder – World Courier We are seeking an experienced Operations Allrounder to support our logistics team. The role focuses on data processing, shipment preparation, and customer liaison while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Process job orders and organise collection and delivery of customer shipments. Liaise with customers, agents, carriers and internal offices. Prepare and execute shipments for air export and air import. Utilise shipment processing systems and complete regulatory clearances. Organise shipment collections and deliveries with domestic and international agents. Monitor shipments in transit and initiate corrective action as needed. Perform basic customer service tasks. Handle shipments that may include pharmaceuticals, biologicals and dangerous goods. Prepare temperature‑controlled packaging systems as required. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics space. Requirements Current New South Wales driver licence. Available for rostered hours 1000–1800, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as needed. Work weekends, public holidays, and on‑call duties as scheduled. Work autonomously during off‑hours. Operate with professionalism, proficiency, accuracy and timeliness, exceeding customer expectations. Benefits Full‑time employment. Affiliated company: World Courier (Aust) Pty. Ltd.
