Office Allrounder - Casual Position up to Friday 19 December 2025 Join our team at Heritage 21 – Office Allrounder Heritage 21 is a firm of dedicated heritage practitioners with expertise in built heritage, urban planning, history and architecture. The Office Allrounder plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This dynamic position requires a proactive, adaptable individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities across administration, IT, facilities, and reception. Ideal for someone who thrives in a small boutique office environment and enjoys variety in their work. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule meetings and manage calendars Update and manage office procedures and policies Assist with onboarding new staff Order and manage office supplies and equipment Ensure the office environment is tidy and functional Assist with expense tracking and petty cash Support payroll and timesheet processing Provide basic troubleshooting for office tech and coordinate with IT support when needed Skills & Qualifications Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in office administration Reliable and punctual Friendly and approachable Quick learner with a can-do attitude Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information Please answer the following questions and submit them with your cover letter and resume.
