About the Job We are looking for an Office Manager who will collaborate closely with the director, using your exceptional organisational and communication skills to manage a variety of administrative tasks. You will help deliver outstanding service to our clients and make a real impact within our business. Job Details Allrounder for administrative support Collate and process delivery schedules Answer phone calls and emails Order supplies and equipment as required Manage employee schedules, office workflow and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise Develop organisational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, invoicing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling Set priorities and targets for the office Coordinate with warehouse workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products Organise training sessions for employees (e.g., proper use of machinery and lifting procedures) Liaise with customers regarding deliveries Skills Required Minimum of 1 year experience Excellent people management skills Strong leadership skills Proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft Office Ability to manage all tasks Location: Botany, NSW, Australia Salary: A$82,000–A$85,000 p/a Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
