Plastix Australia is growing fast, and we’re looking for a switched‑on, detail‑driven Estimator/ Office Allrounder to join our Kingsgrove office team. If you’re great with numbers, confident with customers, and enjoy keeping jobs running smoothly behind the scenes - this role is for you. What you’ll be doing: Preparing quotes from drawings, emails, and customer requests across acrylic, plastics, routing, laser cutting & fabrication jobs Communicating with clients and suppliers – we value a friendly, professional attitude Managing job progress & paperwork in our job management system Reviewing drawings and measurements to ensure accurate quoting Supporting our office team with day‑to‑day tasks and admin Using initiative to keep workflows smooth and ensure nothing slips through the cracks Who we’d love to hire: ✅ Experience in estimating, quoting, or admin (bonus points if you’ve worked in plastics, fabrication, signage, or manufacturing) ✅ Strong attention to detail – accuracy matters here ✅ Confident computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, reading drawings) ✅ Able to work independently while still being a great team player ✅ Comfortable speaking with customers and problem‑solving on the spot ✅ A great attitude – we have a solid team culture and want someone who fits right in No experience, no problem.
