Role Content Producer – a creative collaborator who takes projects from idea to execution on a range of digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong editorial sense, knowledge of sports and entertainment, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities Work closely with creative and post‑production teams to ensure content is delivered on brief, on time and to specification. Edit short‑form and long‑form content to tight deadlines for a range of clients. Manage content projects from concept through to delivery: planning, shooting, producing and overseeing edits. Produce a range of video content for social, digital and YouTube platforms. Generate ideas that align with client objectives and audience interests, particularly within sport. Review and guide narratives through the edit process. Match vibes to client brand tone (desired). Skills & Experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro & After Effects (essential), Photoshop & Illustrator (desirable). Experience creating long and short‑form content for a variety of social media platforms. High‑value skills shooting on cameras such as Panasonic GH6 / GH7 or similar. Strong communication skills within the internal team and with clients. Strong editorial sensibility – identify content that performs well on digital platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc). Drive to learn and work collaboratively. Creative opportunist eager to develop new ideas, capture fun and engage audiences. Superb organisational skills: manage edit timelines and asset folders for global teams. General Work flexible days, per sports‑related calendar (some weekend work may be required). Perform under pressure and meet tight timescales. Strong relationship management and communication skills. Must reside in Australia. Benefits 20 days annual leave (increases each year of service).
