Role Summary We’re seeking a dynamic Content Producer to drive creative excellence across our key marketing initiatives with a focus on video. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on production, offering the opportunity to shape engaging content that drives results. What You’ll Do Work closely with the Senior Content Manager on creative ideation for major campaigns and initiatives. Manage end‑to‑end production processes from concept to delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, external talent, and creative partners. Create compelling face‑to‑camera content with confidence. Partner with the Social Media Specialist to optimise engagement and streamline operations for BAU activities. Oversee talent and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project delivery. Drive video content output as a core performance metric – whether producing with internal or external talent or creating content yourself. Assist with invoicing and budget management during high‑volume periods or when senior management is pulled elsewhere. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines. Key Qualifications Proven project management experience with strong attention to detail. Natural collaboration skills and team‑focused mindset. Baseline analytical abilities to measure and improve content performance. Confidence both in front of and behind the camera. Experience managing external talent and vendor relationships. Basic video editing skills. Understanding of different content formats, platform requirements, best practices. File management and asset organisation capabilities. Stay current with social media trends and platform updates. Preferred (but not essential) Financial literacy and market knowledge. Podcast production experience.
