We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Commis Chef to join our team at our stunning resort, working across a variety of dining outlets. You will primarily work in our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill , known for its refined atmosphere and seasonal, locally inspired menu. You may also have the opportunity to work in our food truck at Summersalt , our adults-only pool bar with a Mediterranean-inspired snack menu, or poolside at Breeze Café which has its own unique menu, that has just been designed to specifically cater to the poolside dining experience for our guests to enjoy. This is a casual position with approximately 30 hours per week available. We require your flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts. You may have experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or hotel/resort environment serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and are looking for a new challenge.
