Our Melbourne team is looking for a passionate Social Media Manager. Your role will take ownership of posting content, engaging with audiences, and managing social media accounts. You have a can‑do attitude and can balance creative execution with organization, making sure brands stay ahead in the fast‑moving world of social media. A Day in the Life You’ll be the go-to person for keeping social channels running smoothly, ensuring content is planned, posted, and looking its best. You'll be involved in everything from scheduling posts to engaging with our community and making sure no comment goes unanswered. Managing the social media calendar will be an integral part of your role. Scheduling posts, briefing in creative assets, and ensuring everything aligns with seasonal trends and campaign goals. Collaborate with strategy teams to craft compelling content calendars that align with broader marketing objectives and campaign goals. Own social media performance metrics, analyzing data to optimise campaigns and presenting insights to clients. Collaborate with Editorial, Business Management and PR teams to manage client projects, ensuring seamless execution end to end. Above all, you're the one making sure our client's social presence is active, engaging, and always on‑trend, building a strong community and driving the brand’s vision across all platforms. How will we know if you are the one? You’re obsessed with all things fashion, you know the latest trends, top influencers, and what makes content stand out. You love engaging with online communities and creating meaningful conversations around products and trends. You’re highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring content is on‑brand, aesthetically pleasing, and uploaded on time. You have a creative mindset and enjoy brainstorming engaging, trend‑led content ideas. You have strong written communication skills and can craft compelling captions, responses, and content briefs. You can work in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple projects while delivering high-quality work. You thrive in a collaborative team environment but can manage your own tasks independently. 1‑2+ years experience in a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or related role.
