About The Role: iSelect is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to join our passionate team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As an advocate for all things ‘social first’, you’ll be at the forefront of driving and managing our social media channels. Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will be the mastermind behind content curation, overseeing paid advertising campaigns, staying ahead of social media trends, and analysing metrics to fine-tune our strategy. What You’ll Do: Drive engagement, traffic, and conversions by devising and executing robust social media strategies across all platforms. Oversee paid performance channels, from creative ideation to budget allocation and campaign optimisation Foster collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, guiding the creation and delivery of integrated social media campaigns. Shape messaging and creative direction, overseeing design and animation processes. Stay across social media trends, tools, and applications, proposing strategic implementations and new community management initiatives Dive into campaign data, extracting insights and offering recommendations for enhancement. Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, staying ahead of the curve. What You’ll Bring: Extensive hands-on experience in proficiently managing Social Media accounts. Demonstrated proficiency across various Social Media channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Possess strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen, with a track record of effective budget management and team performance enhancement. Sound understanding of the financial services industry and insurance products Proven experience in collaborating with agencies and effectively managing external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data to drive informed decision-making.
