Job Purpose In this key leadership role, you will oversee and drive the success of the organic marketing streams at Chain Social: social media team, influencer team, and UGC team. You will develop and execute comprehensive client strategies, manage team workflows, and contribute to the agency's overall growth. Key Responsibilities Allocate new clients to the ideal team member and distribute client allocations as required to ensure satisfaction and success. Oversee onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition. Establish holistic social strategy and KPIs, and report on key metrics such as engagement. Review client accounts monthly to ensure deliverables are met and identify new opportunities. Prevent/minimise conflicts and emergencies by proactive client management. Collaborate with the Director of Growth to pursue new business opportunities. Measure and report on the success of organic marketing campaigns. Integrate organic marketing strategies into comprehensive marketing solutions. Lead new client pitches and collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager on rollouts. Resolve client concerns and issue escalations as the senior member of the Social team. Contribute weekly social department updates to Senior Leadership WIPs. Actively contribute to Chain Academy via modules, webinars and consultations. Provide organic social reviews and audits. Manage end‑to‑end UGC projects and influencer event management. Collaborate with other divisions for seamless integration of marketing efforts. Drive system and process improvements through new templates and documentation. Implement and monitor professional development plans. Hold weekly WIP meetings with each team member. Assist HR in hiring, interviewing candidates, and resolving grievances. Conduct performance reviews and adapt success metrics. Maintain accurate time tracking and accountability. Oversee contractors, ensuring contracts, insurance, budgeting and invoices are handled correctly. Run workshops and training sessions. Mentor interns and contribute to the internship program. Set productivity expectations and targets with the Director. Provide support to senior team members on ad‑hoc projects. Foster a positive culture and embody Chain Social values. Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of experience in organic marketing, social media or influencer marketing, with at least four (4) years of leadership or managerial experience. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving focused on client growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In‑depth knowledge of social platforms, influencer trends and UGC strategies. High responsiveness to clients and staff. Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights. Familiarity with e‑commerce and digital marketing trends. Agency experience preferred but not essential. Benefits Flexible work hours: 2 days in office, 3 days at home.
