Responsibilities Own the brands – Lead a portfolio of 8–10 brands, translating strategy, voice and audience into intentional, well‑crafted social content and campaigns. Run the room – Lead WIPs, present plans, guide clients, manage expectations and inspire the team. Build the machine – Refine agency processes, drive clarity of briefs, improve delivery quality, and shape future leadership.
