We’re looking for a dedicated Part‑time Office Team Leader to manage and guide our dynamic team while ensuring top‑quality service for our clients. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and results‑driven Office Team Leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations and contribute to the overall success of the team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the office team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations, including client documentation, assist scheduling, and coordination of services. Foster a positive team culture focused on client care and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring compliance with NDIS and Aged Care policies and standards. Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve service quality and team productivity. Support Aged Care and NDIS Case Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the NDIS or Aged Care sectors. Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in NDIS or Aged Care sectors is required. Strong knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures, and best practices. Solid understanding of Aged Care regulations and standards. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to support, motivate, and lead a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment. High level of attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities. Must have Australian work rights for this position. Minimum diploma level education is required. Relevant certifications or qualifications in NDIS or Aged Care are required.
