Overview This is a part-time Accountant / Bookkeeper position with the ability to turn into a full time position. You would be the first accountant at our company of ~25 people so you’ll have a lot of ownership and freedom to build things the right way from the start. About Us We run 4 entities in the gaming space and conduct transactions via wires (multi currency), cards, and cryptocurrency. Accounting has become a mess and we need someone to help us keep the books straight. What You'll Be Doing Manage multi-currency transactions and several bank and crypto accounts per entity, ensuring accurate reconciliations and currency conversions in Xero. Record and categorize roughly 300 transactions per month across multiple entities. Maintain up-to-date ledgers to give real-time visibility into cash flow and our financial position. What We're Looking For Someone who can think independently and critically. MUST HAVE experience handling cryptocurrency inflows/outflows from an accounting perspective (for example, recording when an entity buys 100 USDC and later uses 90 USDC to pay a vendor, ensuring both transactions are accurately reflected in Xero).
