Blue Care operate over 35 retirement villages across Queensland with more than 3300 residents choosing to make a Blue Care communities their home. Reporting to the Village Manager this is a great opportunity for a Chef or highly experienced Cook aiming to restore their work lifebalance and gain employment in one of Australias fastest growing industries with the following tasks : Prepare cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards. Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation. Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures. What makes a difference for us As a Chef youll take pride in your presentation be knowledgeable in relation to nutrition and have a keen interest on the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents.
