Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong background in Restaurant and Motel Management? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Live‑In Manager to oversee operations at our bustling Bundaberg motel, which boasts 41 beautifully appointed rooms and an on‑site restaurant. As the Live‑In Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Motel and Restaurant. Reporting to the Motel group owner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, from Guest Services and room reservations to restaurant operations and staff management. Housekeeping duties are not required, knowledge of Guestpoint and all OTA systems is essential for effectively managing room bookings, reservations, and guest enquiries. Additionally, experience in overseeing a restaurant operation is highly beneficial, as you will be responsible for maintaining high‑quality service standards and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Motel group owner to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience. In addition to your Motel and Restaurant Management experience, the ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the unique aspects of a motel operation. You will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling guest inquiries and feedback, and ensuring that the overall guest experience is seamless and enjoyable. Experience in revenue management, inventory control, and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy rates are also valuable skills for this role. Our Bundaberg motel prides itself on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and we are looking for a Live‑In Manager who shares our commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and operational efficiency. As part of the package, you will enjoy daily dinners prepared by our award‑winning Chef, available five nights a week.
