With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role. Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday : 6 : 30-8 : 50am (Rise then Shine) 3 : 00-6 : 00pm (Stay and Play) Block shifts in the school holidays (Holiday HQ program). About the Role Lead Your Team to Success Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasks all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth . With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. Who Are We Looking For If you come with leadership experience anda passion for supporting children wed love to hear from you Heres what were looking for : A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow. Strong communication skills youll be leading by example A team player who inspires others and encourages growth . You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check . Australian work rights . A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA .
