Estimator - National Fitout & Refurbishment Builder Decocorp has a national growing presence across Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Government sectors. With a strong national pipeline and a newly fitted-out Rosebery office, we are expanding our Estimating team. About the role: Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in winning work and shaping the front end of our projects. Your responsibilities include: Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects in the $1-$5M range Engaging with subcontractors and driving their participation in tenders Following up quotes and managing pricing to ensure coverage and competitiveness Compiling BOQs and issuing tender packages Managing enquiries and RFIs throughout the tender phase Producing polished, high impact submission documents using our branded templates Benefits and perks: $5,000 sign on bonus Modern high end office High tech equipment and software to support performance & efficiency Strong, supportive team culture Onsite parking and easy access from the M8 Why join Decocorp?
