About the role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Recruiter to join the Maroochydore based IFYS People & Culture team in a newly developed position. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager the Recruiter will manage a portfolio of community services based programmes delivering the end‑to‑end recruitment process. Our ideal candidate will possess experience in a Recruiter role and will have strengths in advertisement writing and a high level of attention to detail. Whats on offer Permanent full‑time employment based in Maroochydore Salary range $65000 $75000 per annum superannuation Not‑for‑profit salary packaging options to increase your take home pay (package up to $15900 per FBT year) Professional development and organisational training opportunities Join a respectful supportive inclusive and fun team Annual team building events Access to the Calm app for you and your family Flight Centre personal travel discounts Responsibilities Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager this is a fast‑paced role with responsibility for: Delivering an end‑to‑end recruitment process for your allocated portfolio Developing tailored recruitment campaigns with a view to attract quality candidates who match key selection criteria and role requirements Facilitating interviews as an interview panel member and assessing candidates suitability for the advertised role / IFYS Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers to proactively identify future hiring needs and develop strategies to meet these needs Providing high level candidate care and representing IFYS in a positive manner at all times Skills and experience To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Previous recruiter experience The proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment A high level of attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to effectively build and maintain key business relationships Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful Valid Queensland drivers licence and own reliable transport QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card) Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2) National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems) Ability to provide two references from recent employers (including your current line manager) Applications close 5:00pm Monday 22nd September 2025 If you would like further information on this role please call or email to speak to Tahlia in the Recruitment team.
