No two shifts are the same, and that’s just how we like it We’re on the lookout for energetic, all-rounder Food & Beverage Attendants to join our front-of-house team at The Forest Lake Tavern. If you can switch between pouring a cold one, delivering a top-notch dining experience, managing a buzzing gaming floor and handling TAB with confidence, we want to hear from you. A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget Let guests know about our ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits and product offerings Contribute positively to a culture of safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) compliance What do we need from you About You You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You have flexible availability across the day, evenings, weekends and public holidays You must hold a current RSA certificate You hold an RSG TAB experience You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people The benefits are good too An exclusive discount card for ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands.
