Dr Hadges Medical Aesthetics invites applications from a suitably qualified and experienced Medical Receptionist seeking an opportunity within an award‑winning, boutique‑style medical and cosmetic clinic. Located in the heart of Prospect, our practice combines the highest standards of general medical care with a refined, patient‑focused approach. Our elegantly appointed consulting rooms are designed to provide a calm and professional setting, delivering personalised care to our patients in a relaxed atmosphere. Role Description This is a casual on‑site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Prospect, SA. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a warm and professional experience. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. Key Responsibilities Greeting clients with a welcoming, professional manner. Managing phone calls, emails, bookings and client enquiries. Assisting with scheduling, confirmations and waitlists for clients. Handling payments and maintaining accurate records. Supporting clinic staff with administrative tasks. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and waiting area. Providing exceptional customer service at all times. Assisting clients with information about treatments, skincare and clinic services (training provided). About you Friendly, positive and confident communicating with clients. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems.
