HealthFix Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, etc. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are key to success in this position. Communicating with patients on arrival and departure. Manage patient invoicing and receipting. scanning and data entry into Medical software. Other administrative duties as requested. Essential Skills and Attributes Exceptional communication and customer service skills. High level of attention to detail. High level of computer literacy. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality always. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Previous reception work in a medical practice would be advantageous.
