Suncoast Asphalt is a progressive asphalt provider servicing commercial and residential customers across south-east Queensland. We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the Suncoast Asphalt Contracting Team as a Bitumen Sprayer Driver located in Narangba, QLD , with jobs in and around the greater Brisbane area. As a Bitumen Sprayer Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road construction projects, operating and maintaining bitumen spraying equipment. You'll work closely with our crew to ensure high-quality application and adherence to safety standards. Role requirements A commitment to working safely with a positive attitude Operate bitumen spraying equipment safely & efficiently Prepare & maintain equipment before and after use Follow project plans and specifications for bitumen application Ensure compliance with safety regulations Conduct routine inspections and reporting of any issues Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Qualifications Experience of minimum 1 year in bitumen spraying Understanding of road construction process Attention to detail and safety conscious Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed Possession of a White Card for the construction industry HR licence and Dangerous Goods as required for role What we offer Hourly rate from $40, pending experience, is negotiable.
