This is a rare role offering direct exposure to, and collaboration with, the Principal / CEO in shaping and executing the Group’s investment strategy. You will operate as a thought partner and lead contributor within an environment that values intellectual curiosity, independent reasoning and high-performance decision making. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate and recommend compelling investment opportunities across asset classes Conduct deep fundamental, thematic and macro-economic research to inform portfolio positioning Build and maintain robust financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis and underwriting Actively manage the Group’s established multi-asset investment portfolios Play a key role in the Investment Committee, including contributing to and preparing high-quality IC materials Work closely with the Financial Controller on trade execution, settlements, onboarding and compliance Deliver clear, insightful portfolio reporting to the Principal Contribute to the activities of the Group’s Foundation, including committee participation Support broader operational initiatives within a lean, cohesive team You will bring 10 years of high-calibre experience across Investment Banking, Investment Management, Private Markets or a Sophisticated Investment Group. Above all, you will be intellectually curious and energised by complex, multi-asset investment challenges. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and an ability to operate autonomously. Disciplined, analytical and thoughtful—balancing detail, judgement and long-term perspective. A collaborative team member who thrives in a small, high-trust and high-performance environment.
