Sessional Facilitators

Sessional Facilitators (Lecturers) Kaplan Business School (KBS) is seeking sessional facilitators (lecturers) for our Integrated Business Management discipline at our Melbourne campus. The primary purpose of facilitators at KBS is to facilitate engaging, highly interactive, structured workshops in accordance with the syllabus, mark assignments in line with marking guides, and provide regular feedback and consultation to students. We are seeking dedicated individuals to teach at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, ideally with a Doctoral-level qualification or a Master-level qualification (AQF Level 10 or 9) with extensive industry experience in one or more of the following cognate specialisations: Tourism and Hospitality Leadership Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Health Services Management and Leadership Development Organisational Behaviour and Culture It is essential that candidates are either presently active in industry or have accumulated sufficient recent work experience, as our philosophy at Kaplan Business School is to cultivate job‑ready graduates who have been taught and assessed in line with the expectations of their future employers.
