Sessional workshop facilitation opportunities available for our upcoming Trimester 1 of 2026 (March start) Work in a teaching-focused institution with an average class size of 24 A sector-leading institute with rare status as a self-accrediting authority Role Kaplan Business School (KBS) is seeking sessional facilitators (lecturers) for our Integrated Business Management discipline at our Sydney campus. The primary purpose of facilitators at KBS is to facilitate engaging, highly interactive, structured workshops in accordance with the syllabus, mark assignments in line with marking guides, and provide regular feedback and consultation to students. We are seeking dedicated individuals to teach at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, ideally with a Doctoral-level qualification or a Master-level qualification (AQF Level 10 or 9) with extensive industry experience in one or more of the following cognate specializations: Tourism and Hospitality Leadership Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Health Services Management and Leadership Development Organisational Behaviour and Culture It is essential to us that candidates are either presently active in industry or have accumulated sufficient recent work experience, since our philosophy at Kaplan Business School is to cultivate job-ready graduates who have been taught and assessed in line with the expectations of their future employers. Responsibilities Facilitate memorable and highly interactive workshops Mark assessments promptly and provide comprehensive feedback Foster professional and productive student-teacher relationships Provide regular support and consultation to students Requirements Doctorate or Master's qualification directly relevant to the cognate areas listed above, coupled with extensive industry experience An appreciation of the distinction between lecturing and educating Sensitivity to the needs of international students Comprehensiveness and thoughtfulness when marking assessments Ability to meet tight academic deadlines Kaplan Business School At Kaplan Business School, we are one of only 17 self-accrediting institutes of higher education.
