Customer Delivery Supervisor

Customer Delivery Supervisor Join Australia's premier inflight meal manufacturer and retail partner. We are seeking a hands‑on Leader with experience in a similar role to join our Brisbane Airport‑based Catering team. This role is more than just delivery of goods, it is the face of our business, responsible for the final destination for our much‑loved, award‑winning, restaurant‑quality meals and airline equipment bound for departing aircraft. More About This Role Reporting to the Customer Delivery Manager, this role supervises all aspects of the dnata catering & retail customer delivery strategy, covering operations from the catering centre to the aircraft. You will assist in optimising and integrating an end‑to‑end catering delivery service. In a Nutshell, Your Main Responsibilities Are Manage day‑to‑day shifts (AM and PM rostered shifts) Supervise all staff (drivers, marshals, and operations leading hands) Coordinate labour activities and aircraft movements to achieve accurate operational KPIs Push collaboration through systems and processes with internal and external customers to avert delays and ensuring service level agreements are met Undertake all possible actions to prevent delivery delays or downtime Investigate all delays to root‑cause level and implement corrective actions or recommendations Support the leading hands and/or allocators in managing daily operational variances and assist with decision making in operational matters Support management with team performance and provide effective development and coaching to ensure the best from team members Ensure all staff are compliant with governing bodies and regulations such as Airside Driving Regulations, Food Safety, AQIS, Customs and Border Force Regulations What Do You Need to Be Successful in the Role? Proven leadership experience in a logistics, manufacturing or transport setting Ability to manage a large multinational workforce of up to 100 team members Experience with customer service, inventory control and management systems Strong understanding of WHS and a safety‑first mentality Displays business and industry acumen Previous success achieving KPI targets and adhering to HSE requirements Ability to build constructive and effective working relationships in formal and informal networks with internal and external stakeholders Ability to energise team members to a shared vision, inspiring high performance Demonstrated ability to make decisions and act on initiative Proven adaptability to changing environments Holder of an HR or MR licence (compulsory) Clear National Police Check required (cost covered by us) What Is in It for You?
