The Role As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead the housekeeping function, inspiring and developing your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead by example ensuring a positive guest experience through the provision of professionally presented facilities. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience working within an accommodation-based business in a housekeeping or cleaning capacity in a Supervisory role. Strong customer-centric approach to business High standards in relation to cleanliness, hygiene and facilities presentation Strong team leadership experience, with demonstrated abilities to coach others to improve performance Physically capable of undertaking the manual labour demands of the role. You will need to perform various manual handling tasks that require a level of physical fitness and ability. Manual c class drivers license We are looking for someone with a capacity to lead by example in the completion of housekeeping duties and supervise a team to achieve daily outcomes. You will be able to prioritise your workload to achieve daily outcomes whilst also understanding the big picture. We believe in creating experiences that people will always want more of.
