Overview Sous Chef: Discovery Resorts - Rottnest Island role at Discovery Parks. This position is the second in charge of the restaurant kitchen, responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective food service with smooth daily operation in a commercial kitchen, including a rotating roster over breakfast and dinner, with a consistent guest focus. You will support strong service delivery by applying efficient standards and practices and cook dishes that delight guests with timely delivery. You will assist in overseeing all kitchen staff, including training and performance development at Pinky\'s Beach restaurant, and you will ensure meals are prepared according to the menu for guests at our venues. You will liaise with front of house staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily service. Please note that at this time, we are unable to provide sponsorship for Chef positions. About the Role As the second in charge of the restaurant kitchen, you will be responsible for providing a delicious menu experience with attention to taste and timely delivery, while maintaining high standards and practices in a commercial kitchen with a rotating roster.
