How you’ll make an impact Provide specific actuary and pricing expertise as input into distinct Pricing‑related project work to further develop and evolve the pricing strategy and execution for AMP’s Wrap Platform. In doing so, contribute to the optimisation of product margins and profitability for the Wrap Platform portfolio, considering product mix, anticipated sales volumes, retention, in‑force business growth, expense unit costs, capital requirements and other profit drivers. Assist in the design, development and recommendation of fees and incentives for the Wrap Platform portfolio when change to the Platform occurs or Pricing input is required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve personal and team productivity. Ensure product and offer pricing is compliant and operates within AMP’s risk appetite when implementing and considering Pricing change. Proactively seek exposure to new challenges to enhance skills and capabilities. What you will bring to the team Previous 2+ years’ experience in a relevant professional role and working across a fast‑paced, customer/client‑service orientated team environment and/or financial service industry, driving a collaborative, high‑performance culture. Experience in providing emerging technical experience within own area/team. Broad understanding and experience of wealth management and processes of financial planning. Demonstrated experience in margin and profit management. Demonstrated understanding of capital, profit and value measures and drivers. Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services. Appropriate tertiary qualifications or preparedness to undergo studies in Actuarial, Accounting, Finance, Business & other similar fields. Some demonstrated Actuary competency in a project delivery environment within Financial Services. SQL and data analysis (highly desirable) and strong Excel skills (required).
