Master Class - Business Consultant - Life Sciences Commercial Apply to join Veeva Systems as a Business Consultant in our Master Class Program. Veeva Business Consulting, launched in 2019, builds successful life‑science solutions through expertise in software, data, and consulting. Role We are hiring high‑potential early‑career professionals who want to pivot into life‑sciences consulting through our entry‑level Master Class Program. If you are graduating with an advanced degree or have 3‑5 years of industry experience and are eager to transform your career, this program is designed for you. The anticipated start date is April 2026 . What You’ll Do Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, managing timelines). Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance. Leverage Veeva’s software and data to deliver tangible business and operational solutions. Requirements 3‑5 years of experience in one of the following pathways: Life Sciences industry; Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD); or other non‑consulting work experience. Desire to work within an intense, challenging program and environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem‑solving mindset: anticipating issues early, analyzing, and proactively finding solutions. Process‑driven with a focus on digging into operations, numbers, and data to uncover improvement opportunities. High work ethic and integrity; Veeva values hard work and a “do the right thing” culture. Willingness to travel up to 20 % of time per year. Process Submit resume, short cover letter, and take a personality test. Within one week you’ll receive an email indicating next steps. Next step: a 45‑minute interview with an Executive Leader, followed by a case exercise (one week to prepare). Within one week after that step, you’ll receive an offer or notification that we will not move forward. You have two weeks to accept or decline. Accepting the offer while continuing to interview is an ethical violation. Work Authorization Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU. Work Environment Veeva is a Work‑Anywhere company; you can choose to work in an office or remotely. There is no requirement to live near a Veeva office, provided you can meet travel obligations and are located near an airport. Location Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark.
