About the role We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and customer‑focused Trainee Medical Receptionist. You can be a school‑leaver, re‑entering the workforce, or simply wishing to change careers. This role would be suitable for someone who is looking for an entry‑level position in administration. Your duties Opening and closing clinic Answering telephone calls and taking messages Operating booking system Patient billing and receipting Liaising with practitioners regarding appointments, patient reports and documents Scanning documents and data entry Cleaning of clinic We would like to talk to you if you are Passionate about helping patients and providing the best possible care Pleasant, caring and willing to help Genuinely wanting to work as a receptionist Friendly, positive yet professional Detail oriented An excellent organiser with the ability to multitask Keen to learn and adapt, independent, and having initiative What we offer Nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) 18‑month traineeship On‑ and off‑the‑job training National traineeship wages and conditions A laptop for your training How to apply Do you think you may be the person we are looking for?
