In the role of Business Banking Manager you will join the Business Banking team that's doubling down on customer obsession. Responsibilities Assess economic value and risk potential of new business Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market Talk to customers about their proposed business plans Prepare and submit customer lending proposals We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need : Qualifications Demonstrated experience within business banking and / or credit assessment. Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales lending credit assessment and control experience. Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
