About the position The SAP SuccessFactors HCM Lead plays a critical role in aligning human capital technology with business strategy across Linfox's diverse operations in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region. This role is charged with leading the functional excellence of SAP SuccessFactors support team and integrated HR and Payroll solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and responsive to evolving workforce needs. Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Systems Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions, ensuring consistent alignment between system capabilities and business needs. Key accountabilities include: Functional Leadership & Delivery Lead BAU support services for SAP ECC HR/Payroll during the modernisation program Provide timely, effective support to HR, Payroll, and Shared Services teams Act as Functional Lead for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules, integrated with other HCM systems Produce and maintain functional specifications, business requirements documents, and solution designs across multiple SuccessFactors modules Conduct unit testing and oversee system integration testing to ensure delivery standards are met and risks are mitigated post-deployment Lead functional documentation efforts, ensuring knowledge is clearly captured and transferred for operational continuity. Change Management & Project Engagement Execute and support delivery on change requests, enhancement projects, and annual SAP patching activities Play an active role in continuous improvement programs and HR system transformation initiatives Business Process Understanding Analyse and document both current and future-state business processes for HR, Payroll, and Shared Services Partner with business teams to design data structures and master data frameworks that ensure consistency across disparate platforms Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Safety) and external vendors Partner across business units in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia The successful applicant will possess the following: 5–10 years hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll solutions Demonstrated functional experience in Australian SAP Payroll Certification in SAP Success Factors and SAP ECC Payroll (AU or NZ) modules (essential) Extensive experience in system implementations and IT Production Support Solid experience in End-to-End product lifecycle maintenance (patching, upgrades, DR etc. Reporting experience using BI/BO, Fiori, or HANA (advantageous) At Linfox, we are enthusiastic about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
