Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant with deep expertise across the Talent Management suite, including Performance Management, Succession & Development, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Work Zone. The role will lead solution design, configuration, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client business strategies while maintaining best practices and governance. You will play a key part in driving transformation programs, guiding functional consultants, and supporting pre‑sales and customer engagement activities. Scope & Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules: Performance & Goals Management Succession & Development Compensation Management Learning Management (LMS) Recruiting Management (RCM & RMK) Onboarding 2.0 Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective system solutions. Define and document business processes, configuration workbooks, RBP matrices, and integration requirements. Drive design workshops, configuration reviews, and solution validation sessions. Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure successful deployment and handover. Work closely with integration and reporting teams (CPI, Boomi, BTP, Workforce Software, etc.). Provide leadership and mentorship to functional consultants and offshore delivery teams. Support pre‑sales activities including solution demonstrations, scoping, and proposal development. Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices, HR Path methodology, and client governance. Requirements 8+ years of overall SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience with at least 5 years in Talent Management modules. Proven delivery experience across at least 3 full‑cycle implementations. Strong hands‑on configuration and solutioning expertise in multiple Talent modules. Good understanding of SAP Work Zone and its integration with SuccessFactors. Ability to design and deliver integrated talent processes across modules (e.g., Performance, Compensation, Succession, Learning). Experience with Role‑Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, templates, and form configurations. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and implementation governance. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client‑facing skills. Experience leading small to medium teams and mentoring junior consultants. In addition, the following will also be essential: SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification(s) in any of the Talent modules. Exposure to integration with Payroll, Workforce Software, or third‑party learning systems. Experience in pre‑sales or solution architect roles.
