Key responsibilities Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Core HR. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Time Management processes. Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting‑edge HR business process applications. Lead engaging and hands‑on workshops to design SuccessFactors so it supports client processes and empowers end‑users. Work synergistically with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure flawless system integration. Continuously explore and master the latest SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices. Your Profile Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding and Time Management , supported by strong HR process understanding and cross‑module insights. Native‑level Danish and fluent English. Based in Denmark with full ability to engage confidently with local as well as international clients. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, IT, or a related field, along with at least one SuccessFactors Employee Central and/ or Time Management certification. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, early risk detection, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ambitious, eager to learn, highly customer‑oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel occasionally.
