Lead SuccessFactors Consultant- Talent Management DXC Technology is the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, helping clients harness the power of innovation to thrive on change. We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Talent Management and 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP across the Talent Management suite, including Performance Management, Succession & Development, CDP, Learning and Talent Intelligence Hub, and a passion for delivering high-quality consulting services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases. Key Accountabilities Define and document business processes, configuration workbooks, and integration requirements. Provide leadership and mentorship to functional consultants and offshore delivery teams. Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, scoping, and proposal development. Design and deliver integrated talent processes across modules (e.g., Performance, Talent Intelligence Hub, Succession, Learning). Lead end-to-end design workshops, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules – Performance & Goals Management, Succession & Development, Compensation Management, Learning Management (LMS). Key Requirements Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills. Excellent presales solution and presentation skills in the SuccessFactors HXM Domain. 9+ years of overall SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience with at least 5-6 years in Talent Management modules. Proven delivery experience across at least 3-4 full-cycle implementations. Strong hands-on configuration and solutioning expertise in multiple Talent modules. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and implementation governance.
