Lead SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central and Time Off/Time Tracking Lead DXC Technology is the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, helping clients harness the power of innovation to thrive on change. We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off Lead Consultant with 8‑10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module and a passion for delivering high‑quality consulting services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs, configure SAP SF EC, and provide support during implementation and post‑go‑live phases. We support a hybrid working approach to balance in‑person collaboration with flexible location choices. Key Responsibilities 8+ years of experience in the SAP/SuccessFactors implementation space Have led and been involved in 7+ SuccessFactors implementations including Employee Central & EC Time Off / Time Tracking Experience in SF Learning Management is an added advantage Able to lead end‑to‑end design workshops, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking modules Define and document business processes, configuration workbooks, and integration requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors (particularly in the Employee Central and Time Tracking/Time Off modules) including integration with third‑party HR & Finance systems, providing guidance and insights to the team and stakeholders. Extensively support sales and presales pursuits in the HXM space including providing demos to prospects Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and soft skills Strong stakeholder management skills Expertise in solution architecture, design, and delivery within SuccessFactors and Payroll environments.
