Incorporating Cloudland, Empire and Valley Hops Rooftop & Brewery we're seeking an experienced and driven Duty Manager to join our team Reporting to the General Manager, the Duty Manager is accountable for driving and delivering excellence within the venue whilst ensuring optimum customer and employee experience at all times. Responsibilities Operational responsibility for the venue during tradespecifically nights and weekends Promote and maintain the venue's commitment to exceptional customer service standards Coordination of staff and front of house departments during trade Employee management inclusive of hiring and rostering Ensuring venue is trading in compliance with company policies/procedures Maintaining compliance with QLD government legislations If you are looking to be part of a fast paced, growing dynamic company in an exciting, professional industry, then we want to hear from you.
