The venue is dedicated to excellent service, creating memorable experiences, and supporting the local community. Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Duty Manager located in Gaythorne, QLD. The Duty Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Supervise staff and motivate team members. Coordinate events and maintain event schedules. Manage gaming operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts. Handle financial transactions and cash management. Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain a safe and friendly environment for patrons and staff. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff. Experience in customer service and conflict resolution to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Knowledge of gaming operations and compliance standards. Strong organizational and time‑management skills for coordinating events and operations. Competency in handling financial transactions and cash management processes. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is highly regarded. Relevant certifications, such as RSA and RSG, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
