Care Manager | BlueCare | Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility Employment Term: Permanent full‑time opportunity Location: Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility Remuneration: Attractive industry salary package + Super + Not‑for‑Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances About the Facility Sunrise Beach is a 102‑bed aged care facility that embraces a small household model of care, prioritising resident independence, choice and community. About the Role As Care Manager you’ll work closely with the Residential Services Manager to ensure quality care and compliance through robust governance processes. You’ll lead and mentor your team, using your clinical expertise to guide decision‑making and respond to nursing concerns with compassion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Deliver person‑centred care that promotes independence and quality of life. Lead and support a team of care staff to enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards. Drive service sustainability through effective ACFI management, care planning and community engagement. Implement quality improvement initiatives to foster positive change. Role Requirements You’re a qualified nursing professional with leadership experience in aged care, health or community services. You’re passionate about person‑centred care and bring strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
