Overview Are you a skilled professional with a passion for customer service, technical expertise, and hands-on work? We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing the Melbourne area, with primary support located in the South Western suburbs. This role offers a dynamic mix of customer interactions, technical tasks, and inventory management. About The Role As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional after-sales service for our spas and swim spas. You’ll handle warranty repairs, installations, on-site sales, and much more. Key Responsibilities Conduct warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas. Perform heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales (accessories, chemicals, covers, etc.). Develop maintenance and service plans for customers. Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition. Assist with warehouse spa assessments, including evaluating the condition of spa units and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance. Ensure spas are maintained at a satisfactory level including cleaning, organizing, and preparing units for display or shipment. Warehouse spa repairs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
