Senior Recruitment Consultant (Construction)- $90k - $120k + Uncapped Commission Finesse Consulting is a boutique recruitment agency specialising exclusively in technical white-collar construction appointments. We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Victorian construction team. This is a strategic, 360‑degree role offering genuine career growth and the opportunity to shape your own desk. Working closely with the Director, you will: Grow our presence in the Victorian construction market Develop and maintain strong client relationships Manage the full recruitment life cycle Leverage a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to support candidate generation, administration, referencing, and candidate management Your focus will be on strategic client engagement, high‑value consultation with candidates, and placement negotiations. Who You Are You are a commercially minded recruiter with a consultative approach, strong construction networks in Victoria, and a proven track record in delivering permanent technical white‑collar placements, including: Project Managers / Project Engineers Estimators / Quantity Surveyors / Contract Administrators Site Managers / Supervisors / Foremen HSEQ and Quality professionals You Will Bring Minimum of 5 years agency recruitment experience in the Victorian construction market Established client relationships in Victoria (Commercial / Civil / Residential / Subcontractor sectors considered) Proven ability to develop business strategically and manage key accounts Strong market knowledge and candidate networks Stability in career history and high-performance track record Consultative, relationship‑driven approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Resilience, autonomy, and a strong desire to deliver high‑quality outcomes What We Offer Direct mentoring and collaboration with the Director (20+ years’ construction recruitment experience) Dedicated Talent Acquisition support for candidate generation and administration Remote working with regular team catch‑ups, lunches, and collaboration sessions Mature, autonomous culture with flexibility and no micromanagement Highly competitive uncapped commission structure Long-term career growth and opportunity to shape a growing desk A business that values quality, reputation, and long-term client partnerships Our Culture At Finesse Consulting, we prioritise trust, flexibility, and wellbeing alongside high performance.
