Job Description We're looking for a coffee lover with a passion for exceptional customer service who can work morning shifts. You will be working in a fast paced environment where your barista skills can shine. You will be preparing and serving hot and cold beverages whilst maintaining a clean and organized workspace. In addition to working the coffee station, you will support on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re‑stocking fridges, basic food prep, clearing tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business. Most be able to work Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2 pm. Experience as a Barista or in fast paced environments is great You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort ‘Can do’ attitude Benefits Free uniform Crew team building activities and competitions Discounted meals Cultural celebrations – Day of the Dead and Cinco de Mayo Ideally You Will Have Outstanding communication and guest service skills 1+ year barista experience Previous qualification as a barista highly regarded.
