The Role Marnong Estate are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our signature Restaurant – La Vetta. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, smooth running of facilities, and effective management and training of staff. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organised, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and have a strong ability to upsell. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of an elevated dining experience restaurant. Manage hospitality services including food & beverage and guest experiences. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service standards. Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory, ensuring financial targets are met. Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards across all departments. Develop and improve policies, procedures, and guest service strategies. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally. Collaborate with senior management to report on performance, staffing, and business opportunities.
