Reporting to the Operations Team, you will supervise, drive, develop and lead a team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A day in the life of a Subway Manager means you’ll be: Leading and supporting your team and their team on a day-to-day basis. You will be working in front of the house, leading by example, preparing food items and cleaning as required - We all work together as one team to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience. Focusing on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience. Helping your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Coaching team members by delivering on-the-job training and online training via the University of Subway Maintain and ensure compliance.
